⌬ PURCHASER QUALIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Confidence begins with confidence in distribution.

As part of the Horizon framework, reasonable verification procedures may be undertaken to maintain the integrity of distribution channels and support internal compliance processes.

Information relating to institutional, laboratory or professional affiliations may be requested where appropriate. ⌬ SHIPMENT & ORDER RESOLUTION

Reference materials are supplied through a controlled distribution framework intended to preserve product integrity and maintain traceability throughout the fulfilment process.

Materials are prepared and supplied using express cold-shipping procedures within temperature-controlled packaging systems intended to maintain stability throughout transit.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided during checkout. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information supplied is complete and accurate prior to order submission.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and remain subject to carrier operations, transit conditions and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Horizon.

Tracking information accompanies all dispatched orders.

CHAIN OF CUSTODY

Once allocated for fulfilment, reference materials remain within a closed chain of custody.

To preserve quality control and maintain the integrity of batch-specific inventory, materials that have been dispatched, opened, handled or otherwise removed from the controlled distribution process are not eligible for return or re-entry into inventory.

ORDER RESOLUTION

Should an order discrepancy, fulfilment issue or transit-related concern arise, enquiries should be submitted promptly following delivery.

Supporting information, including photographs and order details, may be requested to facilitate review where appropriate.

TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

Upon successful dispatch and transfer to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the recipient.
